Still preplanning
Thinking a lot about structural change using VSM.  I might try practicing it on a simpler organization.

Stage
Reflection-before-action.  Anxious about response of the manager to whom I have sent a second email asking for approval.  He didn't respond to my last request.  Feeling a little anxiety.  Today operations manager
Some preliminary discussion with El.  El feels the bigger picture isnt being looked at.  Annoyed at high praise coming from operations manager because we are doing better than the client, as the success rates is still only about 78%.  She feels that this obscures the real picture and that the root causes are not being addressed.  Talked about team structure, hierarchy and autonomy.  I think I'm talking too much and falling into a trap.

Got a Gantt chart creator, its not helping a lot as I am not really sure how long some stages will take.
